Bupa Global, el proveedor privado internacional de seguros médicos con más de 1.9 millones de clientes alrededor del mundo, inauguró este martes su primera oficina en Guatemala.

La sede, ubicada en el Edificio Europlaza en la Zona 14, brindará empleo a 17 personas para vender seguros internacionales de salud a nuevos clientes en Guatemala.

Según un boletín de prensa de la empresa, América Latina es una región clave de crecimiento para Bupa Global, quien ya cuenta con oficinas en México, República Dominicana, Bolivia y Ecuador. La oficina de Bupa Global que supervisa las operaciones en América Latina tiene su sede en Miami, Florida.

Bupa Global es parte de Bupa, una compañía internacional de servicios de salud con más de 22 millones de clientes alrededor del mundo, y más de 65 años de experiencia en atención médica cuyos cimientos se establecieron en el Reino Unido en 1947.

Moses Dodo, Gerente General Regional, Bupa Global América Latina, dijo durante el discurso inaugural: "Estamos encantados de abrir nuestra nueva oficina en Guatemala, ya que esto nos permitirá servir a nuevos clientes en un nuevo mercado. Esta apertura es una fuerte señal de nuestro compromiso con el crecimiento continuo y nuestra presencia en toda América Latina".

Rafael Gómez, Gerente General de Guatemala para Bupa Global América Latina, agregó: "Nuestro equipo espera brindar un servicio altamente personalizado y profesional a nuestros clientes".
